Order Cancellation
Once you place an order, you have 24 hours to cancel it for a full refund before it enters processing and ships. To cancel, email us at melanixhq@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. After 24 hours, your order may already be in fulfillment and can no longer be cancelled, but you're still fully protected by our 120-Day Guarantee below.
120-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We believe in giving your routine a fair shot. If you use Melanix as directed and you're not happy with your results, you can request a full refund within 120 days of your order being delivered.
To qualify:
- Your refund request must be made within 120 days of delivery.
- We ask that you've given the product a consistent, fair trial as directed.
To start a refund, email melanixhq@gmail.com with your order number and the email used at checkout. You do not need to ship anything back — just reach out and we'll take care of you.
How Refunds Are Processed
Once your refund is approved, we'll issue it to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. The full product price is refunded; original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email melanixhq@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.
Subscriptions
If you're on a subscription, you can cancel, pause, or skip anytime before your next billing date — no fees, no hassle. Manage your subscription from your account or email melanixhq@gmail.com and we'll handle it. Orders already billed and shipped fall under the 120-Day Guarantee above.
